WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION.

Information for consumers with an EU statutory right of withdrawal from a distance service contract.

1. Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For a service contract, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or post:

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal communication before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse payments received under the contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a reimbursement fee.

3. If you ask coaching to start early

If you expressly request services to begin during the withdrawal period and the required information has been given, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the point you communicate withdrawal.

The withdrawal right for a paid service is lost after full performance only where the legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent to early performance and acknowledgement of that consequence. Providing app access or holding a first call does not by itself remove the right.

5. Online withdrawal and other rights

This website accepts non-binding applications and does not offer a paid checkout. Any statutory online withdrawal process required for a later online purchase will be provided with that purchase. You may contact us about withdrawal by email or post using the details above.

The application is non-binding and does not begin a withdrawal period. This notice does not restrict any additional mandatory right that applies where you live.
