1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 3 STEPS BEYOND LTD, including but not limited to:

Retreat programs and bookings
-
Online coaching, courses, and digital programs

Use of the physical gym/studio (including classes, memberships, and events)
By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Contract Formation
Bookings can be made via our website or in writing. A contract becomes effective once payment is received or confirmation is provided.
For retreats and online programs, availability is limited. Participation is confirmed only after receipt of full payment or a defined deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
We accept payments via Stripe or other listed payment providers.
For retreats, the full price or deposit must be paid within the timeframe specified on the booking page. Remaining balances (if applicable) are due no later than 30 days prior to retreat start.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Retreats:

Cancellation by Customer:
All retreat bookings are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, illness, scheduling conflicts, or travel disruptions. -
Cancellation or Postponement by 3 STEPS BEYOND LTD (Force Majeure):
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic, or any situation beyond our control), the retreat will not be canceled, but rescheduled. A new date will be announced as soon as possible, and your booking will be automatically transferred to the new retreat date.
Refunds are not possible under these circumstances.
By confirming your retreat booking, you accept this policy and acknowledge that we recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and health coverage.

Online Courses / Coaching:
All digital services (courses, coaching programs, live calls) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the first session has taken place.
Refunds may be granted only in cases of non-performance due to reasons on our part (e.g., technical failure or cancellation).

Gym Memberships and Classes:

Memberships may be canceled with one month’s written notice, unless stated otherwise in your membership agreement.

Drop-in classes and event bookings are non-refundable, unless the class is canceled by us.

5. Health Disclaimer and Participation
All services require a basic level of physical and mental health. Participation is at your own risk.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and that any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed in advance.
We reserve the right to exclude participants who pose a risk to themselves or others.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by 3 STEPS BEYOND LTD — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, video materials, audio content, branding elements, course materials, and retreat documents — is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, modified, or reproduced in any form without our explicit written consent.
Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our content will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and will be pursued through legal action. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal steps — including cease and desist orders, damage claims, and court proceedings — in the event of infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We are not liable for:

Personal injuries, accidents, or losses during retreats or training

Technical issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages during online sessions)

Third-party services (e.g., Stripe, travel providers)
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

8. Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By using our services, you consent to such processing and confirm that all data provided is accurate.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Jurisdiction for all disputes is Larnaca, Cyprus, unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

10. Final Provisions
Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and apply from the date of publication.
